What products and services do you offer?
We specialise in vinyl cutting and direct-to-film (DTF) printing, along with decals, custom signage, window graphics, stickers and other bespoke print solutions. Whether you need a one-off design or a short run of branded merchandise, we’ve got you covered.
Do you have a minimum order size?
No. We can produce a single item or larger runs. However, unit pricing decreases for bulk orders, so let us know your quantity and we’ll quote accordingly.
Can you help with the design?
Absolutely. In addition to printing, we’re a full-service graphic design studio. Whether you have existing artwork that needs a few tweaks or no artwork at all, our qualified designer can help. We offer everything from minor edits and resizing to creating completely custom designs from scratch. Share your ideas with us and we’ll bring them to life.
How do I supply my artwork?
We accept most common file formats (PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, SVG). Please make sure your artwork is high-resolution (300 dpi) and sized correctly. Low-quality images may result in poor print quality. If you’re unsure, email us your design and we’ll check it for you.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Our standard production time is 7–10 business days from final approval of artwork and payment. Turnaround can vary depending on order size and complexity. If you need something sooner, contact us. We often accommodate rush jobs for an additional fee.
Do you provide proofs or samples?
Yes. Upon request, we can supply a digital proof for approval before printing. For colour-critical jobs, we recommend ordering a physical sample to ensure you’re happy with the result. Proofing time will add a couple of days to your turnaround.
What printing methods do you use?
We mainly use vinyl cutting and DTF (direct-to-film) printing. Vinyl cutting is ideal for clean, bold graphics and lettering, while DTF is perfect for vibrant, full-colour designs with fine detail. For larger signage, we use premium sign vinyl for crisp, long-lasting results.
Can I bring my own items for you to print on?
In most cases, yes. Please speak with us first so we can check that your item is suitable for our printing processes. Items must be new and clean.
Do you install signs or graphics?
We offer installation services for large signs, window graphics and vehicle decals within the Gold Coast area. Let us know the scope of the project and we’ll provide an installation quote.
How do I care for my printed garments or decals?
For printed apparel, wash inside out in cold water and avoid ironing over the print. Decals should be applied to clean, dry surfaces; avoid pressure washing or abrasive cleaning. We include care instructions with each order.
Do you ship interstate or internationally?
Yes. We ship Australia-wide via courier and can arrange international delivery on request. Shipping costs and times will depend on your location and order size.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If there is an issue caused by us (e.g. print defect, wrong item), please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to arrange a reprint, credit or refund as per our terms and conditions. Because everything is custom-made, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns.
